Who is the VICTORY Framework designed for?

Do I need to have a certain level of faith to enroll?
No spiritual prerequisite is required. Whether you’re a seasoned believer or someone still exploring your faith in the context of leadership, VICTORY meets you where you are. All content is Scripture-based and Christ-centered, but the framework is designed to be a journey, not a test you must pass to enter.
How is this different from other leadership programs?
Most leadership programs treat symptoms — strategy, productivity, team dynamics. VICTORY goes to the root. We believe the reason most leaders plateau is not a strategy problem — it’s an identity, character, or heart problem. What does the Forge community progression mean?

How long does the program take?
The core curriculum consists of 10 modules, structured to be completed over several months. The pace is intentional — real transformation takes time. Lifetime access is unlocked after a set number of paid months depending on your membership tier.
What is the VTN Online Community?
VTN (Victory Training Network) is your peer community of like-minded Christian leaders on the same journey. It’s a place for accountability, encouragement, collaboration, and connection — because iron sharpens iron, and you were not designed to lead alone.
What does the VICTORY Assessment measure?
The VICTORY Assessment evaluates your current standing across all 7 areas of the framework — Vision, Identity, Character, Trust, Operations, Relationships, and Yes. Platinum and Diamond members access the full platform with ongoing progress tracking. Gold members receive the assessment as a PDF.
What does it mean to be Forged and earn the sword?
Being Forged is our highest community honor — awarded to members who complete the full program and demonstrate visible, measurable growth across all 7 areas of the VICTORY Framework. The sword ceremony marks a leader who has been through the fire and come out unbreakable — transformed, free, and operating in unshakeable confidence.
Can I upgrade my membership tier later?
